Responsibilities
- •Perform day-to-day bookkeeping entries across multiple client accounts
- •Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts monthly
- •Categorize transactions accurately in QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books
- •Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports for clients
- •Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies in financial records
- •Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Qualifications
- •B.Com or M.Com degree, or equivalent qualification (CA Inter preferred)
- •0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- •Basic proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero
- •Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- •Good written communication skills in English
- •Willingness to learn US accounting standards and practices

- •Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable workflows
- •Generate and send client invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables

Qualifications

- •Perform detailed bank reconciliations for multiple client accounts
- •Reconcile balance sheet accounts including prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets
- •Identify and investigate reconciling items and escalate as needed
- •Support month-end and quarter-end close procedures
- •Prepare supporting schedules and workpapers for reconciliations
- •Ensure data integrity across accounting systems
Qualifications
- •B.Com or M.Com degree; CA Inter or pursuing CA Final preferred
- •0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- •Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and balance sheet structure
- •High accuracy and strong analytical skills
- •Experience with QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

- •Prepare and review general ledger journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- •Produce accurate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- •Ensure compliance with US GAAP and client-specific accounting policies
- •Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- •Liaise with clients to address complex accounting queries
Qualifications
- •CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred
- •3–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably with US-based clients
- •Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
- •In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and general ledger accounting
- •Excellent analytical, review, and problem-solving skills
- •Strong leadership ability and experience mentoring junior staff
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- •Conduct regular review calls with clients to present financial results and insights

- •Onboard new clients and coordinate internal resource allocation
- •Ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables with high accuracy
- •Collaborate with founders on client satisfaction and retention strategies
Qualifications
- •CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification
- •4–7 years of accounting or client management experience
- •Strong client-facing skills with experience managing US or international accounts
- •Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or AppFolio
- •Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- •Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- •Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
