Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern our engagements and your use of the FinAccurex website.
Last updated: April 22, 2026
1. General Terms
By engaging FinAccurex or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services we provide, including bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, cleanup and catch-up, short-term and long-term rental accounting, CPA firm back-office support, and process optimization and automation engagements.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services and this website.
2. Service Scope
The specific services to be delivered, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the engagement agreement, proposal, or written scope shared with you at the start of each engagement.
Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed, documented, and billed separately with your prior written approval before it is performed.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance or per the schedule agreed in the engagement. Monthly service fees are typically invoiced at the beginning of the service period; one-time projects are invoiced per the milestones set in the proposal.
Late payments may be subject to a reasonable late fee or suspension of services until the balance is settled. Pricing may be revised with advance notice to reflect changes in scope, market conditions, or regulatory requirements.
4. Client Responsibilities & Compliance
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, including access to accounting software, bank feeds, supporting documents, and any other records required to deliver the service.
FinAccurex reserves the right to pause, decline, or terminate an engagement if the information provided is materially inaccurate, incomplete, or appears to violate applicable legal or regulatory standards.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are not issued for services that have already been performed or for monthly periods already in progress.
You may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice per the terms of your engagement agreement. Cancellation requests received before work has begun may qualify for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
6. Confidentiality
All information you share with FinAccurex — including financial records, credentials, and personal data — is treated as strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
We do not share your personal or business information with third parties for promotional purposes. From time to time we may send you service updates, deadline reminders, and relevant information about our offerings, which you may opt out of at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinAccurex’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any service is limited to the fees actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Regulatory Compliance
We deliver services in line with applicable professional standards and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions we serve. If regulatory or standard-setting changes materially affect our services or your obligations, we will communicate the impact to you promptly.
9. Intellectual Property
All templates, automation tools, dashboards, and proprietary processes created or licensed by FinAccurex remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes during and after the engagement.
Content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the FinAccurex name and mark — is the property of FinAccurex and may not be reproduced without written consent.
10. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through this page or by direct notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to mediation before pursuing further remedies available under applicable law.
